I know I am a little behind blogging, but going back to work after a long break is difficult with two kids under two years old. I didn't forget to take my pictures though! And I did manage to get my workout in and again, it was at 9:00 at night. As long as I am doing it, I don't care. I ran 3 miles and I was actually running a better pace this time. It isn't horrible going to the gym at that time. No one is there and you can basically pick any machine that you want, which I why I still don't understand the man the other day at the gym picking the tread mill beside of me.
I like taking pictures of my workout summaries because it keeps me accountable for working out. I was going to take some advice of a friend and actually register for a half marathon... well guess what?! The Rock n' Roll half marathon is DC is COMPLETELY sold out. So I am going to register for an 8k on March 10th (I think that is when it is) and I am going to run a half in either April or May. I am still going to follow Hal's plan. So far I am staying on track!!!
There is a ten miler in Reston in 8 weeks if you are interested.
